Everyone knows how obsessed I am with customer service. I arrived home this afternoon after meeting with a client to find that my new hedge fund pitchbooks for the Pawleys Growth Fund and the Pawleys Dividend Fund had arrived. Way to go FedEx Ground, and the driver didn’t even know that it was Happy Camper’s birthday!
